THEA 126: Technical Theatre Technician

• Solve problems in stagecraft through the ability to interpret working drawings and plots in the construction or set up of sets, lights and sound
• Have knowledge on the set up and operation of static and intelligent lighting consoles to include but not limited to ETC express, ETC Insight, ETC expression, GrandMA, HOG, Virtuoso and Avolites.
• Have knowledge on the set up and operation of digital and analog sound consoles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the skills required for a technical theatre technician.
• Demonstrate and employ basic skills to address the technical demands of a theatrical production.
• Execution of assignment responsibilities in technical rehearsals, during production run, and strike
