THEA 230: Concert Touring Production Manager

• solve problems in concert touring through the ability to interpret working drawings and plots in the set up of all technical areas for a production
• demonstrate knowledge on the ability to communicate basic and advanced production needs for a live concert
• demonstrate knowledge of on site logistics and operation of a touring rig
• demonstrate proficiency in the skills required for client relations, budget tracking, budget requests and crew allocation
• demonstrate and employ basic skills required for the technical demands of a live concert production
• execute production management responsibilities in pre rig, show run, and strike
• collaborate with other leads in executing a live concert through planning and execution
