Special rehearsal and public performance above and beyond normal class expectations - beginning level. 18 lecture hours, 54 lab hours.

Course Objectives

  • apply beginning level popular dance combinations such as hip-hop as they pertain to the presentation of choreography
  • dance as a member of an ensemble
  • evaluate beginning level popular choreography styles as it relates to music
  • competently perform beginning level popular dance-choreography such as hip-hop before the public
