Welcome to the 2024-2025 academic year! Whether you are a new, continuing or returning student, I am thrilled you have chosen Citrus College to be a part of your educational journey. This is a great time to be an Owl!
At Citrus College, you will discover endless opportunities to expand your knowledge, increase your skills and showcase your talents. We currently offer 77 associate degree options, as well as 119 certificate and skill awards. Not only does this catalog provide details about our academic programs, it also includes valuable information regarding matriculation, policies, learning resources and more.
As you will see, Citrus College strives to provide students with everything they need to reach their goals. We are a campus that places students first, which is demonstrated by our exceptional student support services. For example, our mental health services team now offers students up to eight FREE one-on-one sessions with a mental health professional per semester. Another highlight is our basic needs program, which helps address unmet needs for food, toiletries, housing and technology. Additional programs and services, such as the Pride Center and our Black Scholars program, will assist you in building a community of support throughout your academic journey.
While enrolled at Citrus College, you will receive instruction, mentoring and advisement from some of the finest educators that higher education has to offer. You will also interact with peers who have different backgrounds, beliefs and interests than you. I encourage you to take advantage of your time here by making intentional connections with members of this incredible campus community – these relationships will enrich your college experience.
