Catalog Course Description

This course continues the development of skills begun in MUSE 220 and MUSE 221 with emphasis on increased proficiency. Included in the repertoire are moderately difficult compositions representative of selected stylistic periods of piano literature. 36 lecture hours.

  • improve practicing techniques so that desired results are achieved
  • demonstrate advanced fingering techniques
  • demonstrate advanced keyboard harmonic devices
